Pretty clean and got some good deals. This time of year it is difficult for stores to be clean. They did well.
I asked to have another register opened there were 2. The manager the lady in the middle of my picture closed one and opened another like a shell game. everyone in line freaked out I had to ask the register people to call the manager AGAIN, FINALLY the manager opened up a third line the manager is terrible. I only gave 2 stars because the prices were excellent but the manager needs to be retrained.
I found everything except what I was looking for. I always come across some good deals. The check out line was out of this world, I felt like I was at the airport. The line was literally through one of the aisles of clothing, half way to the back of the store. The manager was NOT visible and DID NOT do all that could've been done to prevent such a wait. Ross definitely has dedicated customers.
The service is not good at all,The cashiers are rude,there are always big lines,They have to hire more people because I like the store but the service is awful please something about this.
I went to by the bandage on an another store and came back and ask the security guy if the manager was in there so i can talk to her and he told me that she was in cashier #7 and to know she was the same person i was talking all the time at the store. So I told the security that they have to clean the glasses and he told me they already cleaned them. So I went back and chech if it was true but my surprise they haven't so I took some pictures. For my complain. Super bad costumer service and horrible manager.
It's my favorite store to shop. But costumer service is horrible cashiers are slow. I went 8/30/17 about 6:24pm I was waiting for my mom to get out of the dressing room and my son went to set down in the floor and came back crying and screaming because he cut his elbow with a piece of glass that was on the floor; I ask an employee who was in the dressing room if she have a bandage and she sent me to the front, when we went to the front the cashier/manager told me to go back out the and wait for somebody who was going to help me no one show up.i went to the front again and as I was in from of her and she was watching is she didn't do nothing. We wait at least 15minutes when I decide to make line so we can paid and get out of there so I can get some bandage and hy drogen peroxide in (bed bad and beyond) because my son was bleeding. It was my turn to paid and she was the cashier so she ask me if someone help me with my son and I said no but she still not do nothing to help us.
I still have my recipe and I took some pictures from the glass on the floor and the manager too.
