I don't much care for any place selling living creatures, not because this establishment does anything wrong but because of the potential that is created by the situation. However, I like the partnership with animal adoption services, and I love the broad selection of critter accoutrements. My cats absolutely love (and consequently destroy) a specific catnip-filled toy shaped like a carrot, which also comes in red pepper and banana. I can only find them here with any consistency. 'MURICA. Where even our pets can destroy gifts like spoiled toddlers who've never been spanked.
The cages for the live animals were filthy and way too small, a couple of animals were not looking well at all, not very good customer service. wanted to take all the animals
Anyway. The employees at this location have always been helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable.
Clean facility with helpful, friendly staff. As with most Petco stores, some items can be expensive, but they offer sales on some pet food occasionally and signing up for a free store membership will earn you points and coupons. They always have the items I need for my cat.
Normal array of stuff, not the cleanest or most organized compared to most others I've been on but it carries the stuff you need.
My go to when I need a fresh bag of dog food. They have ProPlan. The store is medium clean but I'm in and out and it's close to the house.
